Missing text

I've been getting a strange thing happening on my screen every time I purchase through Ebay/Paypal, where half of the text on the screens is missing.  Only some of the letters in a word show and large areas are missing entire sentences.  If I try to print the page to pdf they appear fine.  I have only noticed it on Ebay, but it seems like some kind of malware on my end.  IDK?  Anyone else seeing this?

What browser are you using?

If you try another browser, do the pages load correctly?

If so, try deleting your browser cache and possibly eBay cookies in your original browser, and then restarting your browser or computer.
