Missing Gallery Images in relisted items

Yesterday I relisted about 50 items, using eBay Relist. From the Unsold items, I selected about 10 items at a time and then selected relist. I noticed that none of the gallery images are displayed on any of those items. This is not the first time this has happened, but I've never seen all of them missing the gallery.

Gallery images are reappearing which is good news but it is going piecemeal. FYI: I believe that ebay is only doing this with accounts who actually lodged a complaint and received a ticket number.

Were listings with existing problems fixed?  Or just for new ones?

Mine are still messed up and I reported the problem with examples to them on Saturday. I do hope they get this fixed soon.

At the moment around 50% of the items I listed on Saturday now have a gallery picture. I haven't listed anything since then so I can not say if new listings are okay now, but the listings with existing problems appear to being fixed. A competitor of mine who also listed last Saturday still has zero gallery images which is why I assume that people who contacted customer support are the only ones who's issues are being fixed. But that's just a guess of mine.

I think it's more random than those contacting customer support.  I think I was one of the first, and mine are worse now than before....and I don't see any being fixed yet.  Hopefully, they will come along, but I'm on hold now from doing anything.

I use Auctiva too. I have been having this problem for a while. When I go to fix the missing photo, I am forced to replace all of the pics. I started naming the folders now because it is a real chore to search out for these photos that I haven't used in a month or more.
