Messenger down

Ebay messenger has been down for an hour.  According to Downdetector I am not the only one.

It wont load, I just get a page timed out.

I try too take care of my customers quickly but if I can't access messenger then there is no way to help them.

Several links to messages - including top right of the page My eBay > Messages - are sending users to the defunct: https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0

eBay needs to update the link to the new page:

https://www.ebay.com/cnt/ViewMessage

You can access messages using the second link.

I suggest following this very easy process to report the problem to eBay. The more people reporting, the higher eBay will prioritize a fix.

Thank you!  I can access through the mobile app but not on my desktop at this time.  I have reported it.
