When was ebays last update?

Since Thursday we have have had next to no sales and messages.

I have found out that buyers are actually messaging me two or three times and I havent received any of them!

Sales are down too I thought it was because of Easter but surely not?!

Anyone Else?!

Having the same issue - a buyer said that he messaged me 2 days ago but I have never received the message. He left a negative review because of that. Ebay said that they can see the message on their end but I never received it.

I have seen several similar posts lately.

There may be a problem with messages containing images not getting through; not sure what the problem might be or if it is limited to messages with images, but several posts mentioned messages with images specifically not being delivered.

Thats so bad!

Ebay basically said "we can see it here, sorry you cant" - Thats it, no help what so ever!

They need to look into this because its effecting sales and reviews!!

Yes images do seem to be a problem but I have also had people say they messaged me with no image, just a question so its really hard to know whats going on. Would be nice to know why the sales have dropped too - Cant just be because of easter!

There are major issues! I have 35 customers waiting for their items now but can't send any of them as I require the customer to send me their image to print and i'm receiving no messages from them! They are receiving no messages from me!
