Two issues:
My sent messages are being stored in HTML code. What is situation with that?
Some of my replies are not going to my sent file. Not sure at this point if they are being received. I've had this problem in the past on counteroffers (not going to file and not being received by potential buyer) and when I called ebay it was a known issue.
Is there a way to contact ebay about technical glitches besides through phone?
