Math is not correct in order details, packing lists, etc.

The math is not correct on order details and/or packing lists. On the order detail page it just doesn't add up correctly. In addition, the downloaded transaction report has the same error which makes it kind of tough to try to balance books. This isn't isolated it happens all the time and I am sure it looks pretty tacky to the customer. Order Detail.png

The invoice / packing slip for the same order doesn't even have the Sales tax line included.

Exactly! This is not just a Seller inconvenience. It makes eBay look bad to buyers too. You would think fixing these things would be a priority. And I'm tired of penciling in the sales tax and revising the total.

The lack of sales tax is a problem that has been present since eBay began collecting state-by-state sales tax. The printed invoice also does not reflect seller discounts (e. g., volume pricing).  I haven't noticed the addition error in Order Details, but I'm sure it will be there if I look at enough of them.

EBay should hire someone to track down and fix these long-standing and well-known little bugs, particularly those that impact the buyer. Then they should put that person in charge of code development.
