Trying to launch any promos last few days but can't. No matter what I do, on the last step when pressing LAUNCH button I get the red thick bar on the top of the page:

How many freaking years it takes for ebay folks to fix that crappy marketing page. Its mostly not working and when it is, I rejoice, it's like a winning a small lottery.
