Hi @camilas_corner. After speaking with our teams, it appears you have two discounts running on your listings: Markdown sale where the 15% discount that is reflected in the item price indicates how you've set the price for that item and Volume pricing where the discount amount is based on the number of quantity the buyer purchases. This specific discount has 3 tiers set, however, we don't have a 3 tier markdown where we would select the promotional amount for you. Please note that If both markdowns and volume pricing are set up, buyers will get BOTH discounts together (unit price indicated in the Buy 2/Buy 3 box), which can often be overlooked. I'd love to get a ticket created for the "no healthy upstream" issue you're encountering, if you could attach a screenshot of that issue happening for the ticket? In the meantime, when you run into that error, please try going incognito (CTRL+SHIFT+N in chrome) to see if that resolves it temporarily.
