Marketing - Promotional Flyer link not working

The printing of a Promotional Flyer has not been possible for over a month.

It has previosly been reported multiple times.  

Last was told it should be fixed in a couple of days.  That was several weeks ago and still today it does not work

Why do we pay such high fees for BROKEN TOOLS!

I have been in contact several times with eBay concerning this. They say they know of the problem and will be fixed very soon, but after at least 4 months , the link still does not work. I rely heavily on these flyers.
As you say, why do we pay such high fees for links that do not work
