Managed payments down

Managed payments are down, they do not display anything beside lines and at some point when tried to access the page it asked me to put my credentials on an ebay hong kong page with all the letters in chinese.

That's not all.

I got an email I bought crypto currency today on eBay through Pay Pal. Sounds like a night off!

I cannot list at all because the shipping options turned into gobbleygook.. thinking it is something like your issue.

That happened to me and I eventually found out here that eBay had opted me in to something in Business Policies that created all that gobbleygook. You have to "opt out" but it's not easy to find.

If you go to top left under "Hi yourname" & click Account Settings, on the left side of the Account Settings page is a Business Policies link - click it. There should be a small "opt out" link on the top-ish right hand side of the Business Policies page. I was told to give it a few hours - but I gave it 24 - to take effect. 

It finally went back to the old way for shipping which definitely isn't perfect, but way better than that other mess! Good luck!

THanks, I read thru it but it was too much .. hope it helps bigger sellers. I have a small store. Def opting out for now unless they simplify it a bit.
