Apparently if you are ebay manage payments you cant list in certain categories. Even though I had an item listed for about half a year, when I went to revise the price..it told me that "Ebay managed Pay" cant allow the item to be listed. But it was already listed. SO, I had to call them to find out what the problem was. The "support" said items cant be listed in that category. It already was. I thought it was some kind of glitch, so I had to change the category after trying to get support for 20 minutes. I told them it would have saved a lot of time to put up a notice that said the category needed to be changed. That would have been too simple for them, however, so if you ever get the notice on managed pay, change the category, so you dont have to waste time. I let them know what I thought about the problems with Managed Pay and I notice I have been kicked out of the Managed Pay discussion group again. They dont seem to like criticism very much and are doing all they can to hide the problems managed pay presents to the sellers.
