Could be a simple problem with your browser's cache or cookies. Try clearing your cache and manually erasing your browser's eBay cookies only.
If that does not help, there may be a problem with settings, or a conflict with a browser add-on.
See if there is an update for your browser version; sometimes older browser versions may not work with all site features.

Works on a different browser, yes. I’m an IT moron…what would cause that?
