So, my sales took a nose dive a few weeks ago. I've thought - maybe it's summer, maybe it's the economy....
Then, today I did a search for my category and my zip and discovered that the majority of my listings (I have almost 1,000) are showing a random variation photo, NOT the main gallery photo that I listed.
This is a huge problem because I decorate light switchplates and have 25 varieties. for most of my listings I only put the pattern ont he main photo and then have a photo of the blank white plates to be covered.
So potential buyers only see a blank white plate in their search. As you can imagine, that is sabotaging my sales.
I pay a pretty penny to eBay and I'm furious about this. Who knows how much $$$$ I have lost.
I called eBay CS - they gave me a ticket number and will send my issue to technical.
Does anyone know what I should do at this point? There is no way I can go in and revise that many listings and the system I had worked for YEARS.
