Location changed overnight

I have come to print my postage labels today and I get the message that I am unable to as I am not in the UK (I am). Also notice that my 30 day total is showing in dollars, not pound sterling and next to each of my listing its showing prices in GBP and also in dollars. My time zone also seems to be set to Pacific Time rather than GMT. checked my address and its still the same but the United Kingdom part is greyed out and I am only able to change street name and 'zip code' (not post code) - not that I want to as I have not moved since printing out orders/postage labels yesterday. Any one with any idea whats happened?
