Listings not linked to my shop

We have almost a 1000 listings in our shop and last few days, the listings are showing as not linked but when you go to listings they are all active and have a shop category assigned to them. Also when I click into the shop it says there are no items in your location!

What is going on? Sales are massively down because of this issue.

You do not ship to the US, so your items will not appear when searching on ebay.com using a US address.

I see 752 items you have listed that ship to the UK.
