For several years I have had about 70 items listed with the variation tool. Ebay encourages it! NOW, I can't edit anything including costs or quantity or shipping on any of those items. It says my variation is not valid. (But they have a "choose your own variation") which I did at set-up. Now they don't accept my variation. It's not an easy fix. I am unable to change the variation word unless I delete all info, including price, Qty, photos, basically starting over with the listing. Ebay support says the glitch is on their end. Yet 3 calls to support have yeilded nothing but empty promises how it will be fixed right away. Now I am stuck with 70 products that I can't even change a qty on. I'm paying for a store, it seems Ebay can't or won't fix their site to work correctly. It's been over a month. Does anyone know an easy way to change a variation "name" without starting over? Customer support doesn't and Ebay doesn't care! WARNING, don't use the variation tool and choose your own variation.
