Listing views missing again

Listing views have been on, off, on, off for 2 days.   On My Ebay they all show as double dashes and on Seller Hub they all show as 0.   This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I've seen this happen, and it's getting old.

I have same technical issue.  On my seller page I have "watchers" on my items but with 0 views.  So, would this mean that people are adding an item to their watch list without actually looking at the item posting?

This is just another ebay technical issue, of which there have been many lately. 

Technical problems I recently experienced on ebay - 

1)  Ebay not calculating item final value fee correctly during a final value fee promotion.

2) Ebay messaging promotions after the promotion has expired.

3) Ebay not able to end a "Buy It Now" listing early (a lisitng with no offers).

4) Ebay bucks page going completely missing and still missing.

5) Ebay not tracking views to seller's item listings.  All items for sale say 0 views, although items have watchers.
