Listing items

I have called eBay 3 times and they say 72 hours to fix problems. It has been 10 days and still same problem. I have been listing on mercari instead. My problem is when listing an item error message for shipping policy, no matter what I do this comes up choose a shipping policy. Please help I do not think eBay knows how to fix it.

I checked one of your listings and it shows a 14 day return policy.

I'm not sure what categories can still use that option, but you might have to use a 30 day return policy.
