Have been having issue putting up new listings each time I post receive a technical fault message Ive only just started selling and sold my first item to see how it worked now I'm u able to put more listings up.

Are you trying to list on ebay.com or ebay.co.uk?
If you are having trouble listing on ebay.co.uk you might want to ask on the UK discussion boards:

As a new seller you are likely subject to limits to the number and value of new items you can list as well.
