Listing error - can't rotate scans

Yesterday on this ID I was able to rotate one scan.  After that I was no longer able to rotate scans.  As a result some of my listings show scans that are sideways or upside down.  I went in today to see if this was fixed, and I am still unable to rotate scans.  I can only delete scans.

On my other selling ID I am able to rotate scans.

When I couldn't rotate a scan, the only option shown was the trash bin.  There was no edit option (looks like a pencil, I think) and no way to open an edit window even though I clicked multiple places and tried zooming in and out.

If it happens again, try double-clicking the image. Some sellers reported that works to open the edit function.
