Listing Tool Not Working

I have been trying to list a few items over the last few days and I am having issues.  Several of the fields are not saving and a few are even changing from what I enter.  I am listing as buy it now and price will not stay or it saves different from what I enter, auto accept offer does not save.  Package dimensions I enter change.  I have tried creating from scratch or sell similar from one of my previous listings.  I have cleared my history, deleted cookies, restarted my devices and the issue persists.  Any help or advise would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I am having this issue as well for the past 2 days. Item specifics I change are not saving/reverting back to old data. Prices are not saving when changed and I am having to manually change prices from the "Active Listings" page after posting an item, or having to use the eBay app to set a price on a new listing because it kicks back to $0.00 and gives me an error that I need to set  Buy it Now Price.

When bulk creating auctions, none of the price changes I made in the bulk editor saved when the listings uploaded and I had to go back and manually change those as well by editing directly on the "Active Listings" page.
