Yeah this glitch has been ongoing for several days..

Lot of complaints on the Tech Board..

 

eBay is aware and working on it- let's hope they resolve it soon.

 

Have you tried a different browser? Different device?

eBay is working on this bug????? It's been going on for months.

 

Don't expect the button that's labeled Save and Preview to save. It doesn't.
