If you want to know if other sellers are experiencing a similar problem, you may want to post your question on the Selling board where there are a large number of sellers reading and responding at any given time. If someone else has experienced the same problem or knows a workaround, you may be able to find out on the Selling board.
Relatively fewer sellers regularly read the Technical Issues board, particularly on the weekend.
