We are experiencing issues with the metric of late shipments. We sent out immediately and on time 9 items that were deemed to be late arrivals. This is probably due by the impact of hurricane Helene to our state. the Late arrivals are USPS and Not our fault. When we tried to request removal we get the following message,
Defect not removed
Due to a technical issue, we were unable to complete your request. Please contact Customer Service for additional help.
We also noted a glitch in the look back time. The rule is after 400 transactions in a 90 day period which we had more than that. Look back should be 90 days but its showing a full year of look back. Further effecting our metrics. Please fix!!

I just noticed that 8 of the items I shipped in one day says I shipped them late but the tracking shows I am correct on shipping them within 24 hours. They are not delivered late, just not delivered to the PO on time which is false. Now I have to waist time talking with ebay about it. Time I don't have to waist right now.

If they were delivered to the PO on time but not scanned within your handling time, they are late.
Talking to a customer service rep will be a waste of time for both of you.
