For two items I recently purchased, the online displays have not included Leave Feedback as an option. Ordinarily that option would appear in my list of orders. I notice that in 2018 this was a problem for a number of people reporting it in the eBay community but that conversation was closed in 2019. I did not see any solutions among the strings of comments. If I were a seller (as I once used to be), I would feel dismayed to see that my buyers could not rate my service.
I wish that there were a place to report this to eBay "headquarters" but there is not.
I will be curious to see if this problem has continued to appear. There is doubtless some technical glitch that programmers are not aware of--or a bug they can't fix.
