Labels will not print - Try This

Keyboard shortcut for print screen

1. Share, this worked for me to print my label.  Enlarge label before starting.

• Depending on your hardware, you may use the Windows Logo Key Windows logo Start button + PrtScn button as a shortcut for print screen. If your device does not have the PrtScn button, you may use Fn + Windows logo key Windows logo Start button + Space Bar to take a screenshot, which can then be printed. 
• To locate your screenshots, open File Explorer from the taskbar. On the side navigation pane, select the Pictures folder, and select Screenshots.

Great idea, and I did do it but the entire shipping label didn't print. I hope there is no problem with the post office. I did make sure the tracking number showed. Thanks for the idea. I hope ebay gets this fixed quickly.

Both Chrome and Firefox are currently working for labels.  However, make sure the browser is set to open the label preview (PDF Files) with Adobe and not its built in reader.

I remember  when I had to update  the  adobe  reader   from time to time  for  Internatiuonal labels  over the years  , and PDF label  . But I never had to do it for U.S.  shipping .  I wonder why Microsoft  made the change in their softwear .

The MS change was a security update for IE, that caused the problem.  Not that IE and especially Edge didn't already have some issues with eBay and PayPal shipping.

Firefox and Chrome are both working fine, but both have settings that you need to make sure are set to use Adobe and not their built in reader for opening PDF files.

Hi,

What I did was move the label portion inside the viewing box where I could see the entire label only.  Then I zoomed in 125 percent ... button.  Then I proceeded to do the screen shot instructions.  I guess the problem is fixed now.  Thanks for responding.  Hope this info helps if there is ever an issue again.
