I have had that off an on for years. It is happening a bit more frequently in the past couple of weeks.
I however have been successful in updating my listing by making an additional change or if it is a variation listing, going into the details of the variation, not making any change. Click on Save and close. The back to the main page and click on the submit button at the bottom. While it is extra work and is only a work around, it has been 100% successful for me.
Definitely annoying.
