Switched to the new store format. Store listings will not display by newly listed or in list form. Only gallery and best match. Been editing the setting daily and nothing changes. Also, regrettfully, cannot go back to the old store format even though offered at the top of the page. No sales are showing since about last Friday. How will this impact my top rated seller status and power seller status? Calling for customer service support has never been this bad. For me, wait times 9even though told are about 15 minutes or so) are about an hour every time I call for some guidance. Occassionally, when clicking on my store icon I am taken to a page that says the store doesn't exist. Yikes!!
