Keep getting auto logged out every hour.

I'm running Firefox in fedora 34 Linux. I am always logged into my ebay account on this browser and even when I'm still on the ebay page, I get logged out every hour or less than. I'm not sure why, my cookies never get deleted. I have to reinput a security code whenever I re-login so its infuriating when I'm about to make a time sensitive purchase (i.e. bid or buy before another buyer). This only started happening recently. I wonder why...

I see you have 2 step verification turned on. In that case you can go to account settings and turn this off. Most of the time you turn it on for more security in the account.

If it is already off, this may be due to not saving the security code when you log in to the account. Remember to log in again and enter the eBay password and save it. Then this problem will be solved.

I have that problem sometimes when I'm logged in to eBay and another site.  When I"m on another site and come back, sometimes the eBay web page has just vanished.

Hmmm, maybe you should keep the eBay page in your browser. It will help you solve this.Good luck
