Ive been trying to void 2 shipping labels but I keeps saying "technical issues" please help. Thank y

If they are FedEx or UPS, there is nothing to cancel. Those labels are actually not billed till they are shipped and scanned. 

If they are USPS, different thing. 

More information would be needed for one of the buyers and sellers that help to point you in the right direction.

Hey @iambeestlady. To void a USPS shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 24 hours, the void option is available for 5 days.

eBay Standard Envelope labels that were printed are non-refundable and cannot be voided.

eBay International Standard Delivery labels, UPS labels and FedEx labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.

Can you let us know what kind of label you're trying to void and what exactly the error message says?
