Ive been trying to ask ebay to step in and help on a shipment that i didnt recieve.

Everytime I select "ask ebay to step in" , it goes to the screen ebay is experience technical hiccups

So you have already opened an item not received case, it's been at least 4 days, but when you return to the case and ask eBay to step in, you're told eBay is experiencing technical hiccups?

Perhaps try again later.  If it still doesn't work, you can contact eBay through Facebook.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account and the same site you used to make the original purchase.

Have you tried a different device?  How about signing out and then signing in. OTherwise, try later.  Perhaps it's another ebay glitch.
