In the eBay app, item titles appear in all capital letters (I'm not sure if this began occurring in the latest version of the app, or it's been happening for some time). This is true for my active and unsold items, but sold items show the letter case as originally entered. Further, the titles for active items from some sellers are displayed normally.
The titles on the same items when viewed through the eBay web site are displayed normally (i.e., mixed upper and lower case, just as I entered them). All items were listed through the web site, not from the app.
In my opinion, titles in all capital letters look unprofessional, but perhaps more importantly, less of the title is visible compared to displaying letters in the originally entered case.
Does anybody have a solution for this? Thank you.
