Item missing from order history

I made a purchase on 10/11. It was received 10/14. I got an ebay email that same day with order information confirming delivery. The item was incorrect and when I went to order history to initiate the return the item is not listed. I have one ebay account and I did not make a guest purchase. A second item purchased the same day shows on the history. Using the alternate return route via customer support, the order number was "not found". Would appreciate some help.

The listing may have been removed by eBay.
