Exactly this issue still remains with an account opened in he last three years...
Since custom lists are effectively useless without he dropdown menu to be able to add things to the lists from the item pages, and no one seems to have any idea how to resolve this....
How do we raise a bug report to Ebay to get this fixed for newer accounts ?
