I have been trying to list under women's intimates - camisoles. The "condition" drop down does not give the option for "pre-owned". I called eBay customer service a few days ago. The rep said he would have to write up a "ticket" & I should hear from someone by the end of the day. Called again, today. This rep asked if I was using old or new listing template??? Using the one that says "listing". Then she says you can't list "pre-owned" camisoles but could not tell me when this went in to effect or why bras & slips can be pre-owned. Then she said it was a "glitch". Once they use that word I know they are totally clueless. I said you have given me 3 "might be" & that I would like a definite answer. Again, she couldn't. These outsourced reps are useless when it comes to resolving an issue. Can anyone tell be when eBay stopped allowing "pre-owned camisoles" being sold on the site ????
