I'm new to ebay, but I like it, I already bought and bid few items and I start following ebay everyday, but... there is so much issues in last time that I'm afrraid it's not worth... it was fun for a short time 😞
I've been writing to support, but no help except generic answers like they are on website. I will try here once more hoping that everything will be alright/fixed and I will be happy to continue with shopping and bidding, and later sellin, otherwise "it was fun while it lasted"...
Since yesterday I cannot bid nor I can incrase my current bids. It says that I have unpaid items and in my cart there is NONE item, as I pay immediately for all of them after purchase or winning bid. I'm not commited to buy any item also.
Only what cames to my mind is:
About 5 days ago, there was 2 items where I tried to request total from seller but due to error on site I couldn't get that total! However, I contacted seller, he cancelled that 2 items and merged them in one new sale, which I bought and payed immediately (as we were in contact whole time) and that was fine, except some extra expenses which I will check with my bank.
I don't know does that causing error? As there were error already, after that I didn't wanted to use "request total from seller" button for other stuff, I simple send them message.
So, I still can't bid, I can't incrase my max bid, nor anything and one bid is ending in 15h, second in few days, one is already over on which I wanted to jump last night...
