Issues with the Mobile App for Android

I am unable to send offers on the Mobile App for Android. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall several times and that still does not fix the problem. Whenever I click on the button to send offers I receive an error stating "There was a problem loading your items. Please try again later."  I also receive the same message when I try to look at my items on auction that received bids. I am able to scroll through several of them but then that same error populates and the screen goes blank, it says There was a problem loading your items.

App need updating? I have so many glitches with the Android App...so many times I found it needed an update.

 

Guessing reinstall may have solved potential update though....?

I tried updating as well and it says I have the most recent version.

Time to buy an iPhone and ditch the Android App.

 

(Just kidding... couldnt pay me to switch to Apple). 

 

Seriously though the tech glitches are getting old. Its always something new...always.

Are you able to perform those actions using a mobile browser instead of the app?

 

I have seen some posts from users that had problems displaying purchase history that seemed to be related to the high number of items in the list. Perhaps your selling account has too many items to be handled effectively by the eBay app.

 

Make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store; older versions can prevent you from getting the latest version of the eBay app.
