I had this issue with already several similar items like small pieces of furniture (chairs). Customers don't see the shipping costs, contact me for it, and then I realized that there are USPS Ground advantage shipping settled but not active for some reason. The system didn't let me change or revise it in one of these listings, so I was in need to end and relist with changes. I already reported this issue in 2 listings, but now find another one. In this one, I see the settled pick-up and by trying to add shipping it lets me to choose the "USPS Ground Advantage" option, but didn't let me finish revising by saying "You have to enter a shipping cost".
