I am experiencing a problem of adding a Debit card while linking my payoneer profile to my account. The issue comes in at the section 3 tab "Add a credit or debit card" where Ebay needs a card on file incase I have insufficient funds for selling costs owed. Every time I put my card details in the required fields and click continue, I get an error: "We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card."
It is kinda frustrating because I have contacted customer support like 10 times but they seem to be confused themselves and have indicated that they have forwarded my case to a technical team, they are looking into it, and hopefully soon it will get resolved as there are many sellers facing the same issue. It's even more frustrating when every time I contact support and there is a different Indian origin representative with a canned response following the same response pattern as if customer support is outsourced and my voice never reaches the concerned.It's been around 20 days for the issue and it will be the same response if I contact the support right now regarding the issue. There was once when I got a reply as the issue been resolved but upon trying, it was not. What is going on here.Please somebody help!
I have a VISA debit card which is activated fully to be used for International payments and international E commerce.
This issue is also not letting me list further on my store.
