I have contacted Ebay twice now regarding this issue. In the edit fields section of the bulk editor, the handling time option does not show up. They told me it was a glitch at first on my end and that they would resolve it within 48 hours. This was Friday evening. I contacted them again today and I was told it was a known glitch for many people and they are working on resolving it. I just wondered if anyone else was having the same issue. Please HELP! I have tried everything. So frustrating!

Thanks! I do have business policies set up also. You would think the people at Ebay would know that this is the issue and that others beside yourself would have offered to help me? I would think most sellers are now on managed payments. I love managed payments...but the business policies is difficult for me. I hope they eventually allow us to bulk edit all of our listings at once in the bulk editor again for handling time. Some things on Ebay are just so much more complicated than other platforms! I went in and made a new policy...I have to create 3 of them for each different handling time. Then I have to go in and check each group off..either domestic FC Flat, Priority Flat or Priority Calculated and then change it from my one day handling to 3 day which is what I need now. Normally I change it to 5 business days while I am away so I can still make sales.

If you have any other input of an easier way to do this, please share! And thanks so much for your help! Initially, when I looked at the business policies, I was hoping for a way to bulk edit through there...but I see none.

I don't have handling time shown in the edit fields section because my handling time is set up under Shipping in Business Policies. When I want to edit my handling time I have to do it through Business Policies. Do you have your Business Policies set up? You can check by going to Account Settings. Business Policies is the last item under Selling. Here is the link: https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage

Note: eBay automatically set up my Business Policies when I was activated for Managed Payments.

I agree with you this seems over complicated. I only have one shipping policy that applies to all of my listings, so not sure if you will be able to do what I do and make it work. When I want to change my handling time in business policies, I just click edit next to the shipping policy, change the handling time and then click Save at the bottom of the page. All of my active listing update to the new handling time within a short period of time. Then when I want to go back to one day handling time, I just repeat the same steps. It seems to me that you could do this for your 3 shipping policies instead of creating a new policy every time.
