I started a sale this yesterday morning and just noticed that there is no sale at my store!
Before I redo it I was wondering if there is technical glitch?
Is anyone else having a problem?
Thanks for any input, Amy

Amy,
Not that I am aware of or have seen. Yet
I know there has been a lot of confusion and confliction about the 14 day rule.
I too have had issues trying to add items to an existing sale (items that have been posted longer than 14 days for sure.)
I would try to edit the sale again before ending it - for fear that if you were to end it that the system would make you wait an additional 14 days before putting those items on again.
I myself am unsure/confused how they apply that rule so I would advise you to call CS.
Just (another sellers) my input.
Good luck - hope you can get it sorted out

Yes I have had trouble for a couple days now. Called and Ebay said they were having problems with promotions and the Mark Down Manager page.

We put our store on vaction for few days when this started. We have almost 5000 items and have run constant sales for 10 years. I had the store on sale for 6 days, about 60% of our items. The sale ended and nothing would go back on sale again, well 15 items out of 4900. I thought it was 14 days? So perhaps if you run a few day sale, you cannot use all 14 days?
Now we are having an incredibly slow day. We were on target to keep breaking our records. More sales equals much more fees for ebay. Now we arent making money and neither are they. From us anyway.

14 days is the wait time before you can put an item back on sale, no matter how short the first sale was.
