I have a good International customer that frequently purchases from me. She is repeat business - something everybody in business tries to acquire. Yesterday she sent me a copy of an error message she received that stated she could not purchase hair clips from me at this time as she had already purchased 10 within the last 10 days. They recommended that she find a different supplier. Please see the response she received from Ebay -
Does anybody know anything about these types of activities by Ebay? I have been with Ebay since 2007 or 2008 and a top rated seller for at least a couple of years. Apparently Ebay has come up under an organization that does not believe in fair enterprise. Most businesses would love to have that kind of trade unless you are a threat to some type of "controlled" trade practices. I am good to my customers. I believe in good customer service. Why am I being singled out for this type of action?

Check your Buyer Requirements to make sure you have not limited purchases to ten items or less every ten days. If so, change that setting and apply the changes to your current listings:

Nope that ain't it. Been down that road. Nobody, but no buyer can generally buy more than 10 items at a time. I did not have buyer issue, I had an Ebay issue. Ebay is restricting commerce. It begins with posting, then shipping, then rating their sellers. Their latest endeavor is to remove top rated sellers. Policy changes are constant and continual. Ebay can no longer read your communications with your buyers - to protect us sellers. Even with screen shots, nothing is being addressed. There are technical problems too. Time to move on...
