eBay verifies addresses with USPS. If your address does not match the address in the USPS database, eBay will reject it.
I would go to USPS.com. You will see Quick Tools as the first tab on the tools bar. Click on that, then "Look up a ZIP Code".
Enter the address you have always used. The address the USPS has in it's database, including the 9 digit zip, will display. If there are any differences, cut and paste the new address into your eBay account info and your PayPal account info. Do not paste the last four digits of the zip, just the first five.
Differences may be minute. No periods after ST or AVE, all caps, spell out SAINT, as in St Louis, etc. USPS has their own approved set of abbreviations and punctuation. Use what they provide.
You can also look to your bank statement or utility bills for the correct way to enter your address. These organizations also verify addresses.
You can call eBay or contact them on Facebook.com/eBay or Twitter.com/AskeBay
