I have a premium store subscription with 500 free auction listings. After 500 listings, I am charged .15 insertion fee. However, if the item sells, I am to be credited back that insertion fee. This month I have received zero insertion fee credits after the item sells and am currently out several hundred dollars in credits. I am not getting much support from eBay on resolving the issue. Can this be looked into?
