Hey guys,
we observe this for some time now and it seems no one else is paying attention, but it brings an actual trouble.
In some of our listings we decided to offer multiple shipping options, in order to be more flexible for the customers, who want to save on shipping at the expense of speed. As seen on the attached "Photo1", we have decided NOT to offer Economy Service for Russian Federation, due the lack of tracking and high rate of lost/stolen packages and the related box remained unchecked. However, when a customer with an address in Russian Federation visit the listing, he also gets the option to choose Economy Service during check out and is visible to him, as an option, as shown on attached "Photo2".
This is a problem!
Phone support fails to do anything about it for quite some time now...
Anyone from the tech support monitoring these boards at all?
