Images for items not showing up in search

I have come to notice that when searching for my items with eBay's search tool, eBay isn't showing the main image on the results screen for many of my listings. I get a very generic image placer that replaces the listings' main images. You can see attached what I am seeing.

I have spoken with eBay concerning this issue and they said they are aware of the issue and thought it was resolved. Clearly not...They told me to wait for a response  and more info in 24-48 hours, but I have yet to receive anything 4 days later. This seems to be an issue on eBay's side that they either refuse to fix or unsure how to fix it.

Has anyone else had this problem and were you able to fix it?

This is not my listing, but I saw this today.  When I clicked on it, the image is there, but not in the search.   Not just you I guess.

Yup...that's exactly it. When you click on the listing itself you get the images, but it doesn't show on the search page itself. Been having an obvious impact on our impressions/page views and sales.

I have had the same problem for months now.  Think of all the lost sales.  Sabotaging our eBAY searches allow for more sales on other sites.  After many clearing caches and trying to delete histories, I finally completed removed my browser from Safari back to my old Foxfire and now I see everything.  Thanks to those who offered suggestions.

I found the same problem.

For my posters, the search results do not show the main image, but the image for the size option.

For example: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p4432023.m570.l1313&_nkw=pale+blue+dot+poster&_sac...

Just a poster size pictures. This is some kind of nonsense.
I specifically create pictures to present the product in the best possible way (for Main picture), but they simply ignore them.

How can this be solved?

This is standard for variations. The most popular variation will appear in search.
