Images Not Populating In New Listings

As the title says. Creating a new listing. After adding photos and hitting the blue list button, the listings images have the placeholder image. See attached photo.

Seems to be resolved, now. Another one of these fun temporary glitches. eBay... please wrap up whatever you're doing on the backend. Give us a break, here. We're suffering.

.... and it's happening again. Pictures are not being shown but instead have placeholder images like above. 

ALSO, the suggested price when listing, which I never use and don't know why that's even shown there, is giving me some really wild numbers.
