INR metrics - account status not updated - eBay brakes its own rules

Does anyone can explain whats going on with INR metrics?

Action taken - selling still suspended - but market average is higher... According eBay rules: ..."The restriction will be removed automatically once your INR% performance is lower or on par with the market average in subsequent evaluation periods".

You're probably suspended for drop shipping. Your days of selling are probably over. Sorry.

No drop shipping - but some levels were a bit above market average in previous period.

If the restriction does not come off this month, it is likely that it is lifted after the next evaluation period is my speculation.

Not a lot of sellers here on the .com boards are overly familiar with the BBE initiative. Thanks for posting.
