ordered from e-bay aug 2nd the status of the order has never changed from payment received to the shipping or any email information but I have tried for hours trying to get ahold of e-bay or the seller.any suggestions?

Sellers are not required to upload tracking.
Sellers are also not required to communicate, although its good for business.
There’s no need to get in touch with eBay, they wouldn’t know if the seller has shipped or not either.
Go to your purchase history and find the item in question. Take a look at the estimated dates of delivery. If the last date of delivery passes by 1 day and you still haven’t received your item you can go to the drop down menu on the right side of your order and click “I didn’t receive it” or click “More Actions” look for “I didn’t receive it” click that and Follow the prompts. Your seller should respond within 2-3 days with either tracking information or a refund. If neither happens. You can go back to the case and click “ask eBay to step in”.
