I'm having trouble switching from one accoun to another

I have 3 ebay accounts. Normally I can switch from one to one of the other two by clicking the Switch Account link. When I key in the name of the account of this one account, it will let me add the name of account, but when it ask for password, it does one of two things; keeps asking me to verify myself or automatically reverts back the previous account I was on. This has gone on for over a week and no results.

This is a known issue. I don't see it on the pinned tech post, but according to an eBay rep (link) :

"There is a sitewide ticket open to have this issue resolved. If yourself or others are still running into this I recommend to reach out to customer support and let them know that you are experiencing ALERT 14619."

In the meantime, you can use a private browser window or a separate browser to access another account. Hope that helps until this is resolved @tbt.
